EVER-REEF

SUMMIT SCHOOL

A REVOLUTIONARY WAY TO SWIM

ASK YOURSELF

IS THERE ANYTHING MORE INSPIRING THAN SWIMMING WITH OTHERS TO BUILD A MORE JUST, PEACEFUL, AND SUSTAINABLE OCEAN?

At Ever-Reef’s highly experiential, interdisciplinary, peace-focused school, students have the chance to do just that!

Through regular meditation practice under the loving lull of ocean waves, independent fin-work, and opportunities to engage in community-based projects, locally and globally, students not only study and practice diverse approaches to marine justice, they also acquire practical leadership and community-building skills while cultivating curiosity, compassion, and courage to brave the waves.

STUDENT HIGHLIGHT

“In my Introduction to Marine Conflict class, we had the opportunity to meet Sensei Seadragon, who works with school-less fingerlings in the city of New Current. “Ask yourselves what breaks your tender scales. What makes you feel most alive?” He implores us to live these questions with all our fins, reminding us that we all have what it takes to make an ocean of change.”
